The proceeds from this event go to support the prevention activities of the Southern Rockingham Coalition for Healthy Youth (SoRock). SoRock is a coalition comprised of all sectors of the community; designed to promote wellness and nurture resiliency for the children, youth and families of southern Rockingham County.  Our goals are to prevent substance misuse and reduce the stigma related to mental health issues. Come join us!  True community partnership comes when we all work together to achieve a common goal.

Virtual Walk/Race Information: 
 

This event can be run or walked anytime and anywhere between Sunday November 22nd and 29th. Times/distance must be submitted by Monday November 30th at 5:00pm (https://forms.gle/PtMdZTax7jHakLyu9) and winners will be announced Monday, November 30th. Gift cards* will be given for the 2 fastest times in the 5k and for the best selfie photo from each town.  We ask that you take a fun creative selfie in your race t-shirt or holding a sign for your town printable at sorocknh.org/stepsforstrength. Upload it with your time so we can include it on our social media pages and website! Happy walking/running and good luck!

The first 75 registered participants will receive a free long-sleeve race t-shirt**! Information about shirt pick up for your town will be emailed to you.
